Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return.

2. How to Return an Item

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the item, include the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

3. Refund Process
